For guests from abroad, possibly existence can exist. Please inform yourself before arrival at the Robert Koch Institut

Rules for our hotel guests:

•    Minimum distance from150m between persons in all public areas
•     Wear a FFP2 mask in all public areas
•     Disinfecting the hands in the entrance area, as well as in the breakfast room (here alternatively: wearing          disposable gloves)
  
•     Pay as contactless as possible

Important to know!
Introductory to our hygiene concept we have an air filter in our breakfast room.

We renounce both the hotel rooms and at the reception on brochure material / flyers.

All information about excursion destinations / Restaurants / Hotel A-Z are via a QR code in the room or via our smart TVs
retrievable.

Please use our online check-in! Before arrival, you will receive an e-mail with the corresponding link.
On request, you can also use your smartphone instead of the key card (downloading an app necessary)

Likewise, a self-checkout is possible on departure, ie you can settle your bill from your room (completely contactless)
(credit card or giropay). Please let us know if this is in question for you (we need your e-mail address To)
